Updating your policy is quick and easy! From this page you can file a claim or report an incident, update your policy, or add someone to your Individual Trainer Policy. For all other services, please give us a call at (800) 844-0536 ext. 2338.

• Renew Your Current Policy.We attempted to make renewing your policy as easy as possible by sending you an email with a link that will automatically load most of your information. If you cannot find that email, you can go directly to the online renewal application and click “Find Me” to enter your phone number and email address which should load your information into the application.

• Report an Incident or File a Claim. Step-by-step guidance on what to do in the event of an injury, property loss or other reportable incident.
• Add an Additional Person to an Individual Trainer Policy. A simple online process to add an additional person to your policy as an additional insured. The process requires your policy number and last name to begin. Or, you can complete a form and return it to us to add an additional insured.
